Our licensed and registered nurses are available providing care to pediatric practices in a 24/7 or in an after hours model based on your needs. Average response times for emergency calls are under 5 minutes, less than 10 minutes for urgent calls, within 30 minutes for all other calls.
PEDIATRIC PROTOCOLS
Nurses use Barton Schmitt Pediatric protocol to service all incoming calls. Your physicians are paged as per your requirements. We can also issue prescriptions based on agreed upon standing orders. Encounter reports are faxed by 8:30 am every morning for your records and continuation of care.
